The most high-profile one was the global launch of the company's payment service Facebook Pay to compete with Apple Pay and such.

I’m always fascinated by folks that can create a visceral sense of delight in using products. How do they do it? There is no formula, algorithm or process for doing it. It is sheer magic — an endeavor akin to an artist painting a masterpiece. Nobody does this better than Jonathan.
